These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by AK Paramedical Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) at 226 York Road, Battersea, London SW11, and through our website kovalchukanya.co.uk. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Booking & Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total treatment cost is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment, prior to treatment. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer or through our online booking system (Fresha).
2. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: your deposit may be
transferred to a rescheduled appointment (one transfer permitted).
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: your deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.
No-shows (failure to attend without notice): your deposit is forfeited in full. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

3. Consultation & Patch Testing
Some treatments require a consultation and/or patch test prior to the procedure. We reserve the right to decline treatment if we believe it is not suitable or safe for you.
Patch tests must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. If a patch test is not completed in time, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
4. Results & Aftercare
Results of micropigmentation and paramedical treatments vary between individuals due to factors including skin type, lifestyle, health, and aftercare compliance.
We cannot guarantee identical results for all clients. Before-and-after photographs shown on our website and social media are illustrative only.
It is your responsibility to follow all aftercare instructions provided by your practitioner. Failure to do so may affect the outcome of your treatment.
5. Medical Conditions & Contraindications
You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, or contraindications prior to your treatment. Failure to disclose accurate medical information may affect your safety and the outcome of your procedure.
AK Paramedical Studio reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment based on health or safety concerns.
6. Photographs
Before-and-after photographs may be taken for clinical records and, with your explicit written consent, for portfolio and marketing purposes. You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us in writing.
7. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment at info@kovalchukanya.co.uk. We are committed to resolving any concerns professionally and promptly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AK Paramedical Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where such loss results from our negligence or breach of duty.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
